He's been dubbed Jack the Bikeman, and he's been reparing and donating bikes to needy kids during the holidays for several years and now he needs a little Christmas in July.
It is Christmas in July and "Jack the Bike Man" needs help speading holiday cheer.
Jack Hairston donates old bicycles he repairs to children in need. He gets attention and help for his work around the holidays, but now he needs help.
The Bike Man has 60 small bikes, which is 10 percent of his target. His goal is to have 600 bicycles ready to deliever in December. Hairston is lacking childrens bikes, brake pads, chains, tires and 600 helmets.
