Christmas Giveaway 2019 a Success!

The turnout for Jack the Bike Man’s Annual Christmas Giveaway was the largest to date. The event, held on Sunday December 15th, presented thousands of bicycles to children in a festive holiday atmosphere. Santa and his elves greeted the excited children beneath the decorated branches of a magnificent Christmas Tree.

Two hundred volunteers fit 2,218 children for bicycles and helmets. This was 25% more than was awarded during the 2018 Christmas Giveaway. Despite large crowds and high demand it is Jack the Bike Man’s aim to never turn a child away at this event.

In support of the Christmas Giveaway program Jack the Bike Man accepts bicycle donations and restores them year-around. Helmets and bicycle accessories are also purchased thanks to the generosity of our customers and foundations. Please find photos of the exiting day in our Gallery!
